Body Armor?
I need body armor. My unit doesn't have any (weird but true). Someone hit up their supply guy for me.

Are there grants available?
maybe you can get some of your friends to donate items such as art, or stuff from their stores and have an auction. start a paypal account and put it up in your sidebar. a benefit show, friends bands. local business sponsors. just shooting off some ideas.

The richest (though w/this economy, I don't know how long) country in the world can't afford to outfit its troops and equipt w/ proper armor--TREASONOUS! I remember when Rumsfeld gave a soldier named Wilson a ration of shit when he (Wilson) pointed out the discrepancy. He (Rummy) should've gotten a blanket party b the troops.
